ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Manager I, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product or service, from conception to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs and business objectives.

Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends. Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry research.
• Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products on schedule.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. Champion a cross-functional approach to product development and delivery.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, or new product offerings. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience.
• Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor key product metrics, track performance against goals, and iterate on product features and strategies based on data insights and feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback, gain buy-in for product initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products or services.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and product performance metrics.
• Experience working in technology, software, or digital product environments is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management Certification) are a plus.
